Come with me, on a submarine ride under the sea
I can drive, I’ve got my submarine parked right outside
It’s kind of crazy down there
Yeah, it’s kind of crazy down there
It’s kind of crazy down there
You never know what we’re gonna see

Well there’s a real good chance
We’ll see a mermaid dancing
Doing the swim, with a little tailspin
And it’s possible we’ll see a tiny whale
Or a giant shrimp, or a real quick snail
It’s kind of crazy down there

Now it’s time to go, we’ll pretend we’re just like Jacques Cousteau
Fingers crossed, I’ve got a GPS so we don’t get lost
It’s kind of crazy down there
It’s kind of crazy down there
It’s kind of crazy down there
You never know what you’re gonna see

Well, there’s a happy crab, and an eel called Blob
Who was washing his boat with a sponge named Bob
And a shark with braces at the sailfish races
And an oyster wearing pearls ‘cause she’s going places
It’s kind of crazy down there

Well you can tell your friends, about the fun down there that never ends
And you might as well, take some pictures back for show and tell
They’ll see it’s crazy down there
It’s kind of crazy down there
They’ll see it’s crazy down there
They won’t believe what we have seen (tell them all about it)

About the catfish meowing, and even more astounding
Was the seahorse with a saddle wrapped around him
And the octopus shaking hands with us
As we said goodbye and we headed up
It’s kind of funny down there
It’s kind of crazy down there
It’s never sunny down there (don’t need no money down there)
A little crazy down there (we’ll have a party)
Don’t need no money down there
It’s kind of crazy down there
